2. General Refund Policy

Once you purchase a plan and credits are allocated to your account, our general policy is no refunds except under the following specific conditions:

2.1 Technical Service Interruption

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The platform experiences technical issues
  • Service is completely unavailable
  • The interruption lasts for more than 15 consecutive days
  • The issue is confirmed to be on our infrastructure

2.2 Refund Calculation

If eligible for refund under section 2.1:

  • Refund will be calculated on a ProRata basis
  • Based on unused days from your plan period
  • Calculated from the date we receive your refund request email
  • Any used services during the period will be deducted

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

3.1 WhatsApp Credits

  • Once WhatsApp credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another account
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another phone number
  • All WhatsApp credit purchases are final

3.2 Plan Upgrades

  • Plan upgrades are immediate and non-refundable
  • Difference in plan costs cannot be refunded
  • Downgrade requests are processed for future billing cycles only

3.3 Used Services

  • Any services utilized during the billing period
  • Messages sent using WhatsApp credits
  • API calls made during the service period
  • Support services utilized

4. Account and Credit Management

4.1 Account Maintenance

  • To keep your WhatsApp number active, minimum ₹1 balance is required in WhatsApp credits
  • Accounts with zero balance may be deactivated after 30 days
  • Reactivating a deactivated number may require re-verification

4.2 Credit Validity

  • WhatsApp credits do not expire
  • Plan credits are valid for the subscription period
  • Unused plan features do not roll over to next billing cycle

5. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our policy:
