1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WBOT services available at wbot.co.in, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

WBOT provides WhatsApp Business API integration services, including but not limited to:

  • WhatsApp Business API account setup and management
  • Chatbot creation and automation
  • Bulk messaging services
  • CRM integration
  • Workflow automation
  • eCommerce store integration

All services are subject to Meta's Official WhatsApp Business API policies and guidelines.

3. User Accounts

To access WBOT services, you must:

  • Create an account at app.wbot.co.in/register
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Be at least 18 years of age

4. Service Usage Guidelines

Users agree not to use WBOT services for:

  • Spamming or unsolicited messages
  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Spreading malware or viruses
  • Violating WhatsApp's Terms of Service
  • Sending prohibited content (adult, hate speech, etc.)

WBOT reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these guidelines.

5. Payment Terms

WBOT operates on a subscription-based model:

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
  • Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
  • Automatic renewal for subscription plans
  • Taxes (GST) are additional as applicable
  • Service may be suspended for non-payment

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WBOT services are owned by RADHAMADHAV WEBSTORE LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their business data and content sent through our platform.

7. Data Privacy

WBOT complies with applicable data protection laws. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Services

WBOT integrates with various third-party services including:

  • Meta WhatsApp Business API
  • Payment gateways
  • CRM systems
  • eCommerce platforms

Users are subject to the terms of these third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

WBOT shall not be liable for:

  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Loss of business or data
  • Third-party actions
  • Changes in WhatsApp API policies
  • Direct damages exceeding the amount paid for services

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time
  • WBOT may terminate for violation of terms
  • Upon termination, access to services will be revoked
  • Outstanding payments remain due

11. Changes to Terms

WBOT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
